SUMMARY
OF PROGRESS REVIEW MEETING REGARDING STATUS OF LICENSING ACTIONS On Monday, May 10, 1993, a meeting was held at the Energy Spectrum, Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station with GPU Nuclear Corporation (GPUN, the licensee) to discuss the status of Oyster Creek licensing actions. is the list of individuals participating in the discussion. is a marked-up copy of the staff's Project Manager Report (PMR) dated May 7, 1993, for Oyster Creek.
The markup to update PMR resulted from the discussion on each item or TAC number in this meeting. The status of each item is given in the last column on the right-hand side of the PMR sheets.
The status in that column is the following: "01" means the licensee, "02" means staff reviews, "03" means staff's Project Manager and "04" means co:rplete.
The updating of the PMR for Oyster Creek was done during the discussion on each licensing action in this meeting. The licensing action items are listed by TAC number (left-hand column of PMR.)
The licensee advised that they intend to submit an amendment in accordance with Generic Letter (GL) 89-01 regarding implementation of programmatic controls for Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications (RETS) on the Administrative Controls Section of the Technical Specification and the relocation of procedural details of RETS to the offsite dose calculational manual.
