Dear Ms. Dandois:
Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) has received your invoice No. XT0138-93, dated April 14,1993,in the amount of $79,399 for review of Part 50 activities for the period June 28,1992 - September 19,1992.
During our review of the invoice, we noted chargos for TAC No. M83312, RMS Waiver of Compliance, were billed for a period after the identified completion date of the project.
TAC No. M83312 shows a completion date of May 9,1992. The invoice identifies charges of $230.00 for the period of 6/28/92-8/22/92, and charges of $1,107.00 for the period of 8/23/92-9/19/92.
