Modification No. I to Task Order No. 9 under Contract No. NRC-04-91-068 i
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance from March 25, 1993 to September 24, 1993, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government.
The extension is needed to allow NRC to perform its internal reviews and provide comments to the contractor.
Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified to read as follows:
The first sentence of Paragraph 2 of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 9 shall be in effect from September 29, 1992 through September 24, 1993, with a total cost ceiling of $14,555.00."
A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
Total FY92 Obligation Amount:
$14,555.00 l
This modification does not obligate any FY93 funds.
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
