WITHDRAWAL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST 89-12, PEACH BOTTOM ATOMIC POWER STATION, UNITS 2 AND 3 (TAC NO. M76388 AND M76389)
By letter dated February 26, 1990, you applied for an amendment to the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3, Operating License Nos.
The proposed change would have modified the facility technical specifications by committing Prach Bottom to ANSI /ANS-3.1-1981, entitled " Selection, Qualification, and ; raining of Pert snel for Nuclear Power Plants." Subsequently, by letter dated March 1, 1993, you withdrew the amendment request.
The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
