Subject:
Contract No. NRC-03 028, Task Or der No. 22 Entitled,
" Independent Nondestructive Evaluations at Oyster Creek Nuclear Power Station" The purpose of this letter is to confirm verbal authorization provided to you on December 4, 1992, by John Eastman, of my staff, to commence work under the subject task order effective December 7,1992 with a temporary ceiling of $17,000.00.
In accordance with Section G.5 entitled, " Task Order Procedures" of the subject contract, this letter definit,12es Task Order No. 22.
The effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.
Task Order No. 22 shall be in effect from December 7,1992 through January 15, 1992, with a total cost ceiling of $22,000.00.
The amount of $21,036.18 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, and the amount of $963.82 represents the fixed fee.
The obligated amount of this task order is $22,000.00.
