REQUAllFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT During the week of June '4,1990, Mr. Eddie Rau and others of this office administered requalification examinations to fifteen employees of your organization'who operate Clinton Station.
At the conclusion of those-

examinations, any generic' findings were discussed with those members of your
. staff identified in the enclosed report..
As a result of this evaluation your requalification program has been assigned an overall program rating of satisfactory, in accordance with:the criteria of NUREG-1021.-
.One item of concern was identified during the examination process as specified-in Section 5.of the enc'iosed report, shis was the failure of three individuals-
