these areas, the inspection consisted of selective. examinations of procedures

for control of;the North Anna facility during an emergency.

Although procedures were found- to be adequate to support ' safe'-

emergency operations, numerous deficiencies were identified.

reflects our understanding of some of your -intented : corrective actions -which-

were' discussed during'the exit meeting.
