APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne-Light Company hereby requests that the Technical. Specifications set forth in Appendix A to the license be amended to change.the stroke time from 10 seconds to-60 seconds
.for the inside containment letdown isolation valves.
The' proposed-technical specification change is set forth in Attachment A
to-this Application.
A Safety Analysis and a No Significant' Hazard. Evaluation is set forth in Attachment B.
Based on
.the guidance provided by~ the Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to the Operating.. License be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
