The Authority previously requested, under exigent circumstances, temporary changes to L the James A. FitzPatrick Technical Specifications. One of these changes reduced the ,

surveillance test flow acceptance value for a Residual Heat Removal (RHR) pump from 0900 gpm to 8910 gpm. This application for a Technical Specification amendment makes this ,

temporary change permanent.

The proposed change to the Technical Specifications is Attachment I to this Application

for Amendment to the Operating Uconse. The Safety Evaluation for the proposed change is included as Attachment 11.
