- The inspection was an examination of'thkattivities cond6ct'ed-uriderlyour license as-they relate to radiation safety-and to compli'ance with the, 4
- Commission's rulesgand regulations and the conditions oftyour license.
The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and records, linterviews with-personnel, and observations-by the irispector.
Based on1the results-of-this inspection, it appear $' th'at? t'hree of, your,
, activities were.not conducted in full-compliance with:NRC-requirements, as set forth in the Notice of Violation (Notice) accompanying this letter.
These-apparent violations have been categorized in: severity levels as described in'
