This letter refers to the routine inspection conducted by Mr. W. TenBrook of

this office on May 8-11 and 30 1990, of activities authorized by NRC License

No. DPR-54, and to the discusslon of our findings held by Mr. TenBrook with

Mr. J. Shetler and other members of your staff on May 10, 1990.

Areas examined during this ins)ection are described in the enclosed inspection

report.

Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective

examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with

personnel, observations by the inspector, and independent measurements.

Based on the results of this inspection, it appears that one of your

activitieswasnotconductedinfullcompliancewithNRCrekuirementsheviolationis

as

discussed in Section 6 of the enclosed inspection report.
