DOCKET NO. 50-461 NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE The United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Comission) has grantedtherequestofIllinoispowerCompany(thelicensee)towithdraw its May 18, 1988 application for proposed amendment to Facility operating License No. NPF-62 for the Clinton Power Station, Unit No. 1, located in DeWitt County, Illinois.
The proposed amendment would have revised note "c" on Table 4.11.2-1 of the Clinton Technical Specifications.
The Comission has previously issued a Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment published in the FEDERAL-REGISTER on December 14, 1988(53FR50330). However, by letter dated January 26, 1990 and telephone

conversation on June 8, 1990, the licensee withdrew the proposed change.
