APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Soction 50.90 of the regulations of the U. S. Nuclear.
. Regulatory. Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that
'the-Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A of the licenses
- be~ amended to delete ~ surveillance requirement 4.4.9.3.1.d.
This

- with the Cold Overpressure Protection-System, to be stroke tested every time-the plant enters Mode 5
if not tested within the J
proceeding three months.
- l The proposed technical specification', changes' are set forth in Attachments A
to this Application.
A Safety Evaluation is set forth

A No Significant Hazard Evaluation is set forth in
- Attachment C.
Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the
. proposed changes have been determined to; involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
WHEREFORE,- Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A.to L
these Operating Licenses be amended in the form-attached hereto as l
