The changes make the battery technical specifications consistent with actual plant I practice and IEEE 450-1987 by allowing the application of an equalizing charge to the l batteries prior to conducting the performance discharge (capacity) test.
l The proposed changes to the Technical Specifications are Attachment I to this Application for Amendment to the Operating Ucense. The Safety Evaluation for the proposed changes is included as Attachment II.
