Will refueling or resumption of operation thereafter require a Technical Specification change or other license amendment?
Resumption of operation after refueling will require changes to Technical Specifications. The changes will be such as to allow operation of the plant with a higher enriched (4.2%) reload batch and reshuffled core for Unit l's next 24 month cycle.
