Dear Mr. Shelton:
i This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated April 6,1990, which transmitted changes identified as Revision 8 to the " Industrial Security Plan" under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
We have reviewed the submitted changes and have determined that they are'-
consistent with the. provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and are therefore acceptable, except as noted in.the-enclosure to this letter.
For those items identified
.as being unacceptable under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), the previously approved plan revision.must be followed.
You are requested to provide-corrections to your security plan to address-the issues' identified in the-enclosure within two months after receipt of this L1etter.
You may resubmit.the changes either in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p) or.10' CFR : 50.' 90..
The enclosure to this letter concerns a subject matter which is exempt from public. disclosure according to Part 73, Title 10,. Code of Federal Regulations, Section.73.21(c)(2).
Consequently, the: enclosure to. this letter will not be placeduin-the NRC Public Document Room.
