Dear Mr. Chairman:

I am responding to a March 22, 1989 letter from Representatives Miller and Gejdenson of your Subcommittee that recuests a cepy of the contractual document NRC entered into with fir. Douglas Ellison, correspondence and other documents produced in the course of this centract, and any work product prepared by the contractor se the NRC staff as a result of this contract.

'These documents are being reproduced and prepared for transmittal to the Committee.

A meeting was held with members of Mr. Miller's and Mr. Gejdenson's staff on April 6,1989 and it was agreed that only one set of the documents was needed and it would be provided to Mr. Gejdenson's personal office, 1522 Longwc.-:h House Office Building.

In addition, we have l

a request from Mr. Young, Ranking Minority Member, for a set of the documents and they will be provided to him at the same time at his personal office in Room 2331 Rayburn Heuse Office Building.
