Tom called me on December 10, 1987 to follow-up on my call of December 7, 1987 wherein I discussed NRC potential action.
I sought his view on NRC using a 50.54(f) approach to get the licensee to identify the involved managers and l
the licensee's view on the involved managers. He informed me on the 10th that he had no objection to that approach. He did object to going out with a civil penalty.
He expects a 00J prosecution decision by early March 1988.
I told him that I would discuss with him the NRC action on this matter before we took it. He was pleased with our cooperation.
