Your response provided information to demonstrate that Millstone Unit No. 3 meets the intent of the GL in that the steam generator overfill protection system is implemented and the Technical Specifications include requirements to periodically verify its cperability. A detailed technical review of your response has not been performed and therefore approval of your design is neither intended nor implied. However, your confirmation provides an adequate basis to consider NRR's review of your response complete.
Further NRC review, if any, will be performed either by inspection or audit.
