On May 14, 1990 we informed you of the results of our review of your Quality, Assurance Program description submittal dated March 13, 1990. Our understanding at that time was based on telephone discussions of our review-with Messrs. M. Riley and Jim Emley of your staff during the: period.of May 8-'10, 1990.
Subsequent to our May 14,.1990, letter we had an additional telephone discussion with Mr. Jeff Lausberg of your-staff which clarified the issues in question. Based on the latter discussions we find that your revised Quality Assurance Program description. continues to meet the requirements of -
10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, and is therefore acceptable.
If there are changes to other operative QA commitments existing in' docketed-correspondence outside of those delineated labove, you are obligated to notify-this office.
Im lementing such chan9es should be based -on 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3) or10CFR50.55(p)(3)asappropriate.
