We have reviewed Revision 9 of the South Texas Project Electric Generating Station Emergency Plan, dated February 15, 1990.
The proposed changes to the emergency plan appear to be acceptable and meet the planning standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of Appendix E to 10 CFR 50.
This review was performed by Dr. Larry K. Cohen of the Division of Radiation and Emcrgency Preparedness, Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
