This is in response to your April 6,1990 letter requesting that you be re-tained on the NRC Bulletin and Information Notice mailing list, because you provide security services at the Beaver Valley Power Station.
Although this is a vital service, we do not consider your provision of this service as corresponding to our definition of a " major vendor supplying the nuclear industry." However, copies of each bulletin or notice are sent to every reactor licensee.
These should be made available to all of their con-tractors who supply ittportant security or safety-related services. We suggest that you contact them to obtain copies.
