Beaver Valley Power' Station, Unit No. 2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 ISI Program: Revision 3 to Relief Request DV2-C6.10-1 Gentlemen:

This submittal forwards a revision to the Beaver Valley Unit No. 2 First Ten Year Inservice Inspection Program (Rev. 1).

Specifically, attached, please find revision 3 to Relief Request BV2-C6.10-1.

This revision is submitted as a follow-up action from a conference call conducted on March 21, 1990, that included Mr. George Johnson of the NRC Staff and Mr. Steve Sovick representing the Beaver Valley Licensing Section.

The revised relief request reformats our request and deletes two welds which have since been determined to be accessible for surface examination.

Additionally, a photograph of two of the welds contained in the request has been included to illustrate the interferences which exist to inhibit 100% surface examination.

Please discard relief request BV2-C6.10-1 Rev. 2 (pages 1 and

2) presently contained in the Unit No. 2 Inservice Insoection Ten Year Plan for the First Insoection Interval-(Rev. 1) and insert the attached page (1) in their place.

Additionally, we have also included a revised page II-1, Relief Recuest Index, which should replace the existing page II-1 in the above referenced program.
