ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO.160 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO.NPF-1,TROJANNUCLEARPLANT(TACNO.75537)
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.160 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application (LCA-187)datedNovember 30, 1989, supplemented by letters dated January 25, 1990 and April 16, 1990.
The amendment modifies the Technical Specification requirements for steam generators to allow tube repair by sleeving as an alternative to plugging.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Comission's next regular biweekly Federal Register notice.
