i I received your request dated April 11,1990, for a full exemption from the FY 1990 ar.nual fee requirements of 10 CFR 171 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Station. We will complete our review of your request as soon as possible. SMUD will not be billed for any further annual fees for the Rancho Seco Plant while the April 11,1980, request is under consideration.
