The regional-security staff have reviewed your plan change and determined the changes are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p),

Portions of Revision 13'to your plan.are administrative in nature and do not reduce the

plan effectiveness. Other portions of Revision 13 to the plan that reference changes-to the training modules were reviewed in detail and determined not to reduce the. effectiveness of the plan.

for inclusion into the plan.

Therefore, this-document is being submitted in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p)(2).

Changes have been made to the' Table of Contents, Sections 1, 2, 3. '4 and 7, and Appendix A of the Security Personnel Training ~and Qualification Plan.

Descriptions of the changes are attached.

The revised pages of the Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan provided with this letter require protectf on as Safeguards Information in accordance with 10CFR73.21. When separated from the-revised pages, this letter. is not considered Safeguards Information.
