Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. L. E. E11ershaw of this office
during the period April 16-20, 1990, of activities authorized by NRC Operating
'
License NPF-42 for the Wolf Creek Generating Station, and to the discussion of
our findings with you and other members of your staff at the conclusion of the
inspection.
The area examined during the inspection was identified leakage and erosion
problems in heat exchanger tubing. Within this area, the inspection consisted
of selective examination of procedures and representative records, interviews
with personnel, and observations by the inspector. The inspection findings are
documer.ted in the enclosed inspection report.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were identified.
