The changes included in your Quality Assurance Program description submittal dated March 13, 1990, havebeenreviewedinaccordancewith10CFR50.54(a).
Questions resulting from this review were discussed between Nr. F. Maura of this office and "r. Jim Emley of your staff during a telephone conference on May 10, 1990.
Your subinittal failed to include the 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3) required upd te_information concerning reductions in commitments regarding Regulatory duides, including the reason for the change, and the basis for concludin', that the revised program continues to satisfy Appendix B.
As a result o'. this discussion, we understand that a response will be provided to us no later than 30 days after receipt of this-letter to ad @ess those reduction of commitment concerns that we have identified.- W will complete out teview at that time, and you will be notified of the :: sults.
