The Commission has-issued the enclosed Amendment No. - 129 to Facility Operating License No. DPR.40 for the Fort Calhoun Station, Unit No.1.

This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications _ in response to your

- application dated January 24, 1990L as supplemented March 29, 1990.

The amendment removes the provision of Technical Specification 3.0.1 that -

limits the co'nbined time-interval for any three consecutive surveillances to less than 3.25 times the specified-interval.
