This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Connission (NRC) inspection conducted by
S. Sparks on March 26-30 and April 9-13, 1990.
The inspection included a
review of activities authorized for your Sequoyah facility.
At the conclusion
of the inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of your. staff
