Gentlemen:
This refers to a special ir.spection done by Mr. W. P.. Reichhcid in response to a complaint that containers with radioactive warning labels had been
- sent to Wheeler Landfill.
The inspection was done between November 27, 1989, and' March _12, 1990. There:were no violations of NRC requirements found. Our-inspection report is enclosed.
Inaccordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of
-this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
