The proposed TS change is. identified,In Enclosure ~1.
The justification.for'-
the proposed TS change is pro'vided in' Enclosure 2.
A: proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration performed-pursuant. to 10..CFR 50.92 is provided in Enclosure 3.
Since these 'modifica tions.are ~ planned;for the Cycle-4 refueling outages, TVA requests that the approved amendment for Unit I be issued after restart'from the Unit 1 Cycle 4 refueling outage, and that the' approved amendment for Unit 2 be issued af ter restart from' the Unit 2 Cycle 4 refueling-outage.
