ISSUAN(,E OF AMENDMENT NO.15 TO FACILITY LICENSE NO. R-73 The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 15 to Facility License No. R-73 for the University of Washington Argonaut reactor facility. The Technical Specifications have been revised to include access control for the facility and the amendment removes the requirements for a physical security and emergency plan as requested by your letters of August 3 and 23,1989.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No.15 to facility License No. R-73 is enclosed.
