NRC INSPECTION

This letter refers to the inspection conducted by Ms. G. M. Good of this
office on April 2-5, 1990, of activities authorized by NRC License No. DPR-54
and to the discussion of our findings held by Ms. Good with Mr. D. Keuter and
other members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed
inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of 3rocedures and representative records,. interviews with
personnel, and caservations by the inspector.
Based on the results of this inspection, it appears that one of your
activities was not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as
discussed in section 3.A of the enclosed report.
The violation is not being
cited, because the criteria specified in section V.A of the Enforcement
Policy were satisfied.
