STATUS OF PLANTS CURRENTLY SHUT DOWN l
l As part of the short-term follow.up to the recent loss of AC Mwer event l
at Vogtle, the NRR staff is gathering information to assess the vulnerability of plants which are currently shutdown for maintenance and/or refueling.
In this regard, I request that you have resident personnel complete the enclosed survey for plants which are currently shutdown for refueling or significant maintenance activities. The survey is intended to be a " snapshot" of current status.
It is straightforward and should take less than an hour to compiete.

Survey responses should be completed by May 11, 1990 and forwarded to the NRR Assistant Director responsible for projects in your region.
