l At our March 27, 1990, meeting at the Fermi site, you raised concerns related to the ability to evacuate people in the event of an emergency at the site.
By letter dated April 20,1990, (enclosed) we referred your concerns to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for consideration.
FEMA is the agency with primary responsibility for offsite emergency response planning and coordination.
I will infonn you of the results of FEMA's review.
