Dear Mr. Spangenberg:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated March 27, 1990 which transmitted changes identified as Revision 9C to the "Clinton Physical Security P11.n" under the previsions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
We have reviewed the submitted changes and have determined that they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and are therefore acceptable, except as noted in the enclosure to this letter.
For those items identified as being unacceptable under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), the previously approved plan revision must be'followed.
You are requested to provide corrections to your security plan to address the issues identified in the enclosure within two months after receipt of this letter. You may submit the changes either in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p) or 10 CFR.50.90.
The enclosure to this letter concerns a subject matter which is exempt from l
disclosure according to Part 73 Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 73.21(c)(2).
Consequently, the enclosure to this letter will not be placed in the NRC Public Docuw nt Room.
The enclosures'to your letter also I
contained Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are l
being withheld from public disclosure.
