Grand Gulf Nuclear Station.

At the conclusion of the site visit, preliminary i

findings were discussed with those members of your staff-identified in the Examination Report, Enclosure 1.

A table summarizing the examination results for each examined individual is provided in Enclosure 2.

Comments made by your training staff concerning the accuracy of some of the answers to questions in the written. examination are l

contained in Enclosure 3.

Copies of the written examinations ~and answer keys are included in this report as Enclosure 4.

A Requalification Program Evaluation is included as Enclosure 5.

This Evalua-tion Report finds that the Grand Gulf requalification program is satisfactory based upon performance of the licensed operators on this examination.

Included in this evaluation are any identified operator weaknesses or program areas f

needing improvement.

These concerns have been discussed with your training staff.

A Simulation Facility Fidelity Report is provided in this report as Enclosure 6.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a) of the Coninission's regulations, a copy of this letter and Enclosures 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6 will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room. is exempt from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(a) and will not be sent to the Public Document Room.
