FIRE BARRIERS BREACHED MORE THAN 7 DAYS 1
SPECIAL REPORT 90-07:
INOPERABLE FIRE DETECTOR
Dear Mr. Martin:
j Six fire barrier penetrations were breached during the first 26 days of March' and were not restored to operable status within the 7 days required by.the Rancho Seco Technical Specifications.
The Sacramento Municipal District 5
hereby submits Special Report 90-06 in accordance with Technical-Specification.
3.14.6.2.
Three fire barrier penetrations have been returned to operable status.
Compensatory measures will remain in place for the remaining fire barrier penetrations until they are returned to operable status as required by Technical Specification 3.14.6.2.
The high temperature detector for Zone 53 was not restored to operable status within the 14 days required by Technical Specification.

Hunicipal District hereby submits Special Report 90-07 in accordance with Technical Specification 3.14.1.2.
The detector-has been returned to operable status.
