Areas examined during this ins)ection are described in the enclosed inspection
report.
Within these areas, tie inspection consisted of selective
examinations of )tocedures and_ representative records, interviews with

personnel, and o)servations by the inspectors.
No deficiencies or violations of NRC requirements were identified within the
scope of this inspection; however, three exercise weaknesses were identified.
The exercise weaknesses are discussed in Sections 9 and 11 of the attached
report.
Collectively, these exercise weaknesses indicate a need for you to
-improve your level of preparedness.

indicate your performance was adequate but not consistent with your previous
