Date and Time of Occurrence A pH of 9.1 standard units was recorded on March 2, 1982 at 1500 k.'1630 6' hours. -- ,a Anticipated Duration of Occurrence The maximum duration could have been 6 hours6.944444e-5 days <br />0.00167 hours <br />9.920635e-6 weeks <br />2.283e-6 months <br />; however, the probable duration was less.

Prevention Efforts Monitoring frequency was increased.

Summary The pH of the wastewater collection basin exceeded 9.0 standard units on March 2, 1982. Based on previously noted cycling of pH on wann, sunny days, it is believed that this excursion was probably due to photosythetic activity.
