Florida Power Corporation hereby submits three (3) copies of the Crystal River Unit 3
" Radiological Emergency Response Plan" (Rev. 0) pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q). This Plan was previously titled EM-100, " Florida Power Corporation Crystal River Unit 3 Emergency Plan." EM-100 was deleted from Crystal River Unit 3's Plant Operating Quality Assurance Manual (POQAM) and reissued as a licensed document under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54. Revisions made to the Plan during this transition are denoted by a bar in the margin of each revised page. Please discard all copies of the previous Plan (EM-100) in your possession and replace them with the enclosed copies.
