By letter dated January 15, 1982 we requested certain infomation from your EQ central files pertaining to equipment not involved in TMI Action Plan modifications.
We have now completed a preliminary review of your response to our Safety Evaluation concerning the Environmental Qualification (EQ) of Safety-Related Electrical Equipment for equipment involved in THI Action Plan modifications.
Our contractor (Franklin Research Center) has identified infomation presented in the enclosure to this letter, in most cases references from your submittals, which we need in order to complete our review. This infomation should all be contained in your EQ central file. For this purpose, the requested information can be taken from your EQ central file and provided to our contractor. Upon completion of the review, the infomation will be returned to you for replacement into the EQ central file.
We request that you supply this infomation within 30 days of receipt of this letter. Please send a full submittal to Franklin Research Center. The address is:
