Waterford 3 SES Docket 50-382 Emergency Plan
Dear Sir:
In accordance with 10CFR50.47, please find enclosed ten copies of the Waterford 3 Steam Electric Station Emergency Plan. The enclosed plan replaced the docu-ment transmitted to you on February 22, 1982. The plan submitted under cover letter W3P82-0471 on February 22, 1982, was inadvertently marked Draft 3 vice l

We are also submitting ten copies of a substitute Appendix D to the subject plan.
Appendix D is the Louisiana Peacetime Radiological Response Plan and should replace the document which was included as Appendix D in the February 22, 1982, submittal.
The new Appendix D is the same, except that the cover sheet has been changed to correctly designate it as Revision 4, February, 1982 (rather than Revision 3, September, 1981, which was an incorrect designation on the version previously submitted).
There are also indications on the replacement version, by carets, underlining, and vertical lines, to i'ndicate changes from a pervious version of the State Plan.
(The previous version of the State Plan was not formally submitted in this docket.)
