As promised in Staff's' letter of fiarch 4, 1982, we are forwarding you copies of the Final Environmental Statement in booklet form now that they are available from the printer. On flarch 4, 1982, we had previously sent to you and the parties to this proceeding a final copy of this report.
At this time we are also forwarding to you and the other parties a copy of the complaint referred to in Staff's letter of March 15, 1982 for Civil Action 82-0145 in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
It is our understanding that this complaint was filed by the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community on January 18, 1982.
