EAR POWER STATION, UNIT 1 - NO SIGNIFICANT CHANGE FINDIN With reference to the operating license antitrust review of the captioned nuclear unit, the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation has made a finding, in accordance with Section 105c(2) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, that no significant (antitrust) changes in the licensees' activities or proposed activities have occurred subsequent to the previous construction permit review.
The Director's initial finding is subject to reevaluation if a member of the public requests same in response to publication of this finding in the Federal Register. A copy of the notice that is being transmitted to the FederaTRegTster and a copy of the staff review are enclosed for your infomation.
