Dear Mr. Stolz:
This document transmits five (5) copies of the Crystal River Unit 3, Security Training and Qualification Plan Rev. 3 for review and approval by your staff per 10 CFR 50.90.
Florida Power Corporation considers this issue to be a Class III amendment per 10 CFR 170.22 as it does not involve a significant hazards consideration. The license fee in the amount of four thousand dollars ($4,000)is enclosed.
The enclosed copies are considered Safeguards information and should, therefore, be withheld from public disclosure per 10 CFR 2.790(d).
