SUMMARY
MONTH:
February, 1982 4
Oconee 1 began the month at 67% power and increasing following an outage for a turbine balance shot. The power increase was stopped at 75% and reduced to 55% to remove the "A" feedwater pump from service for a leak repair in the FRP recirculation-line.
At 1842 on February'1, the turbine / generator was removed from service due to the high vibration on the #3 turbine bearing. A balance shot was placed and the unit returned to service-on February 3 at 0230 and increased in power reaching 100% power on February 6 at-1801.
The unit was removed from service on February 9 at 1418 to repair a tube leak in the 1-A steam generator.
Repairs were completed and the unit returned ' to service on February 26 at 2357 and increased in power, reaching full power on February 27 at 2045.

Personnel Exposure:
4 For the month of January, 8 individual (s) exceeded 10 percent of their allowable annual radiation dose limit with the highest dose being 1.830 rem, which represents approximately 15.3% of that person's allowable annual limit.

The total station liquid release for January has been compared with the Technical Specifications annual value of 15 curies; the total release for Jar.uary was less than 10 percent of this limit.
The total station gaseous release for January has been compared with the derived Technical Specifications annual value of 51,000 curies; the total release for January was less than 10 percent'of this limit.
