The proposed changes incorporate additional requirements for inspection of snubbers in response to T. A. Ippolito's letter to H. G. Parris dated November 18, 1981 and supersede those submitted to you b';
L. M. Mills' letter dated April 28, 1981 (TVA BFNP TS 158). Also enclosed are a description and justification for the proposed changes (Enclosure 2).
Based on the fact that these proposed changes are a supplement to TS 158, we do not believe additional fees are appropriate and accordingly, none will be forwarded.
