STATUS OF REVISIONS TO APPENDICES G AND H TO 10 CFR PART 50 -
ANSWER TO C0MISSIONER GILINSKY'S REQUEST FOR INFORMATION In response to Secretary Chilk's memorandum to Mr. Dircks, June 15, 1981, (M810609A), the status of the general revision to Appendices G and H is as follows:
Public comments on the proposed rule have been resolved. The final rule, plus the abstract of comments and staff response, will be ready for Office concurrence by July 6, after which ACRS approval will be sought. The final rule will be sent to the Connission this fall. The Task Leader is on loan to NRR, hence the schedule depends in part on his work priorities there.
